12 Yard Bin Hamilton

Bin Rental Hamilton

12 Yard Bins, Dropped in Your Driveway

Sometimes you don't need a crew. You need a bin, a free weekend, and nobody standing around while you decide what stays and what goes. We'll drop a 12 yard bin at your place, leave you to it, and come back when you're done.

Our bin is a 12 yard dump trailer on wheels, which means no damage to driveway compared to a standard roll-off. It fits a full bathroom gut, a roof tear-off on an average bungalow, a garage cleanout, or a few rooms' worth of renovation debris.

What Bin Rental Costs in Hamilton

$150 + dump fee. That's the whole structure. You pay exactly what we pay. No markup.

Dump fees depend on what you put in the bin and which transfer station is closest to you. For household garbage, expect $8.50 to $14 per 100 kg, depending on the site. We route to the nearest facility to keep that number down, so someone in Stoney Creek and someone in Ancaster won't necessarily pay the same rate. It's all based on the nearest dump site. We have reduced pricing with majority of the dump sites to save you money.

Clean fill loads cost less. Concrete, brick, rubble, and soil all carry reduced tipping fees, so a driveway demo or a landscaping job usually comes in cheaper per kilo than a mixed household load.

You get the weigh ticket, so you can see exactly what the dump charged.

How the Rental Works

Same-day and next-day drops. Call or text 289-456-8076 and we'll tell you what's available.

Daily rentals. Standard drop is 8:30am and pickup is 4:30pm the same day. That's enough time for most cleanouts and reno pushes. If you need it longer, ask — we can usually work something out.

You need a driveway or flat spot. We need about the footprint of a parked car plus room to back in. No permit needed on private property. If it has to go on the street, check with the City first.

We handle the disposal. You load, we haul, we sort and divert what we can at the facility. Metal, wood, and anything reusable gets separated out before the rest is landfilled.

What Can Go In the Bin

Household junk, furniture, mattresses, renovation debris, drywall, lumber, flooring, shingles, yard waste, soil, sod, concrete, brick, and rubble. What can't: paint, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, chemicals, or anything else classified as hazardous waste.

Rather We Do the Loading?

If a bin isn't the right fit, we also do full-service junk removal across Hamilton where our crew does all the lifting and carrying. Same pricing philosophy, no minimums.

Bin Rental Hamilton FAQ

If you have any other questions, just reach out. We're happy to help.

How much does a bin rental cost in Hamilton?

The bin is $150. On top of that you pay the dump fee for whatever you put in it, which runs $8.50 to $14 per 100 kg for household garbage depending on which transfer station is closest to you. Concrete, brick, rubble, and soil are cheaper per kilo. You get the weigh ticket so you can see exactly what was charged.

How big is the bin?

12 yards. It's a dump trailer on wheels rather than a steel roll-off, so it sits lower and is easier to load. It handles a bathroom gut, a garage cleanout, a small roof tear-off, or a few rooms of renovation debris.

How long do I get the bin for?

Rentals are daily, typically 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need more time, call and ask — we can often accommodate longer rentals depending on our schedule.

Do I need a permit?

Not if the bin sits on your own driveway or property. If it has to go on the street, contact the City of Hamilton about a temporary permit before we deliver.
